Process Mapping for Opportunities
Streamlining clinical or operational processes has the potential to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and staff and patient satisfaction, and also reduce variability and waste. Process mapping is one of a set of process analysis skills that promote a deeper understanding of a process and provide a mechanism to improve its flow and outcomes.
