Because of the broad differential diagnosis, the evaluation and management of the patient can be time-consuming and complex.
Note: This course is eligible for ACPE credit.
You Will Learn
- To enumerate an effective differential diagnosis of syncope and its underlying causes.
- To define an appropriate assessment for the patient presenting with syncope.
- To list high-risk findings associated with syncope that suggest a cardiac cause.
