In this module, we will review a summary of tools based on their indications and aims. Over time, as you become familiar with use of these tools, you will build your own toolkit to help you realize your quality improvement goals.

Course Details

In this course, you will learn:
  • Define the set of process improvement skills commonly used in healthcare quality improvement
  • Identify core principles for use of QI tools

Method and medium:

Learners participate in the interactive learning modules by correctly answering multiple choice questions dispersed throughout. Learners will be prompted to try again if a question is answered incorrectly.
