Description:

In this module we examine why a multidisciplinary team is essential in planning quality improvements. Then we turn to how to plan and implement a test of the proposed change, including test data collection. The role and importance of the Test Champion is explained, along with how to scale the test of change.

Note: This course is eligible for ACPE credit.

You Will Learn

  • List the key steps in the plan stage of the PDSA cycle
  • Describe the conditions necessary to conduct a test of change
  • Describe the role of the test champion

Method and medium:
