Description:

In this module we look at how to develop Themes and Aims, the first step of the Do Study Act (PDSA) cycle. We explore how to identify Themes for improvement, develop Global Aims, and narrow those down to Specific Aims.

Note: This course is eligible for ACPE credit.

  • Describe the relationship between themes, aims and the PDSA cycle
  • Identify high quality theme and aim statements
  • Prepare theme and aim statements

Method and medium:
