Description:

The purpose of this Thoracic Aorta series is to assist the reader in analysis of the thoracic aorta, with particular focus on atherosclerosis, aortic dissection, and relevant artifacts.

  • Aortic cannulation for cardiac surgery
  • Epicardial echocardiography and aortic imaging
  • Aortic plaque grading systems
  • Aortic aneurysms and quantification of aortic aneurysm size

Method and medium:
