Multi-voting & Prioritization

This module describes two further tools in the idea generation group: multi-voting and use of a prioritization matrix. These tools will help the team come to consensus on priorities for testing and implementation.

• Describe use of a decision matrix to prioritize ideas for action planning
• Identify opportunities to use multi-voting and decision matrix in healthcare quality improvement

Method and Medium: Learners participate in the interactive learning modules by correctly answering multiple choice questions dispersed throughout. Learners will be prompted to try again if a question is answered incorrectly.
